It’s over but I’m going to keep going! I’m turning in a daily log of my meals and workouts on Thursday! :)
It’s been a relaxing one! I needed it. I’m getting a tan…chilled by the pool for a couple days. Feels good having a break- sort-of. Still working and still tired of that. My boyfriend is more on-board with the eating healthy thang so it makes it easier for me. I really want some chocolate now though! It’s awesome being a girl (wink wink) :p I’ll kit ttyl
I’m tired and I didn’t do anything this weekend! Back on the grind tomorrow!!!! Drinking lots of water after a long night last night!
I’ve been really busy. Finding time to blog and time for everything else is tough. I have a photo for the 2nd week progress report as well as some numbers on my fit test. <—that was Monday! I will be better about about “tumbling” as kfranklin would say. Silly girl!
It’s hard to be good over the weekend but I’m managing. Had sushi last night after my workout. Tired and sore today at work. I’ll check up again soon.
I totally agree with Carol! Feeling motivated by today’s class. Thank you. I am doing my scheduled work out tonight when I get out of school and I’m going hard. I’ll try not to take as many breaks! :) I haven’t put my daily eating log up here but I will. I have it all written down.
